Your Deposit Refund

Once you vacate your deposit will be due back to you. In order to receive a full refund you must fill out the form below IN FULL and leave the property in a good clean order.

Make Sure Of The Following:

  • All surfaces and units are wiped/dusted with either detergent and/or polish
  • Floors are cleaned/mopped with floor cleaner and/or vacuumed
  • Bathroom/Shower rooms inc toilets cleaned with limescale remover wiped and bleached
  • Fridges/Microwaves are cleared out and cleaned inside free of crumbs, stains and bad smell
  • Ovens cleaned with oven cleaner – Thoroughly
  • Windows and blinds wiped/dusted
  • All rubbish, unwanted goods and all personal items removed from the property and disposed of accordingly

***FAILURE TO CARRY OUT THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN DEDUCTIONS FROM YOUR DEPOSIT***

Keys should be left in a keysafe outside our office in Kentish Town. Please contact us to arrange this via email and we will send you the code to open the box. Once we have visited the accommodation and we are satisfied that the above steps have been taken, we will issue back your deposit via online transfer to your bank account.

  • Billing Information It is very important that these details get transferred as soon as possible to prevent you incurring any unnecessary costs after you leave. Filling in the information below will enable us to make sure that the transfers are done in time for the new tenant to move in:

  • Please make sure any other services that you may have signed up for i.e. BT, Sky, Virgin Media, Broadband etc are cancelled.
  • Before leaving you must ensure that your council tax payments are paid up to and including the date you leave. We will transfer the council tax into the new tenants name for you.
  • Upon Leaving The Property: When you vacate please leave one set of keys inside the key safe outside our office in Kentish Town. Please contact us to arrange this via email and we will send you the code to open the box.
  • Please inform us below of any repair or maintenance issues at your accommodation that may need attention after you have vacated
